If you are reading
this, CONGRATULATIONS
! This is the
first step in what can be an incredible
life-changing journey.
My goal is to take the
mystery and uncertainty out of:
It is no secret that without
your health, you don't have much. Obesity is on
the rise and it is affecting men, women and
children of all ages and
backgrounds.
On the other side of the
spectrum, there are many out there that are
constantly looking for ways to gain weight
and/or muscle.
Because of all this, each
and every day we are seeing more and more 'fad'
diets (or scam diets as I like to call them),
'celebrity' weight loss programs and extreme,
get lean and mean, muscle building
workouts.
The road to health and
fitness has never been more congested. My goal
is to provide you with a road map that will
help you get to your personal destination. I
say that because goals and destinations are
like snowflakes... they are all very different
and unique. There is no one universal diet or
muscle building program that works for
everyone.
A person, whose main
objective is building muscle,
has to take a much different approach to
their diet and training program when
compared to someone whose main objective is
weight loss.
There is a lot of hype and
garbage out there and what I have done with
this site is taken the time to research and
present you with what I feel are the best of
the best programs currently on the market and
the most up-to-date and relevant information in
the world of:

Along your journey, I would
also like to educate you as much as possible
and hopefully make you laugh from time to time.
This is a very serious topic but you need to
have humor, and laughter does amazing things
for the mind and body.
As an NASM Certified
Personal Trainer, I make it a daily point to
stay on top of the world of health, fitness and
nutrition. You will find many great articles on
this site ranging from supplementation to
exercises and everything in between. I will
regularly be adding new information so please
continue to check back often.
I personally hate the word
diet when it is treated as something that has a
set start and finish. To achieve true success
with your health and fitness, you need to think
about the lifestyle changes that you are
willing to make.
Will you follow a workout
program for just a few weeks and then stop all
together or are you willing to learn the
science and why's behind the program so that
you are able to continue long-term? Will you
'diet' until you reach your target weight or
dress/pant size and then go back to the habits
that got you there in the first place or will
you take the time to learn how your body uses
food as fuel?
The idea here is that when
you achieve the results you are looking for,
which you will, I want you to be able to
sustain them for a long and healthy
lifetime.
Take the time to educate
yourself and let the journey begin! I would say
"good luck" but after you get done with this
site... you are not going to need any luck.
