six pack abs?" Most people consider this
the holy grail of physical fitness
and yes, even though
they look nice... what matters most is
that you have strong abdominal muscles.
But for those of you
doing 6000 crunches every morning and
rocking back and forth with your 3rd
infomercial gadget,
STOP! Believe it or not,
there is a science to developing rock hard
and chiseled abs and most of it has
nothing to do with the
frequency and intensity of all those
different ab exercises you see and
do.
My goal is to cover

First,
let's talk about why your abs are so
important. They play a crucial role when
it comes to your posture, your core and
your lower back. Your abs help flex your
spinal column, they are active during
bending motions and they help to
stabilize your torso during any kind of
physical activity. You would actually
have problems sitting, walking or
standing if you had little to no
abdominal strength. It has been shown
that a strong midsection will help your
body breathe easier. Weak abdominal
muscles, on the other hand, can lead to
countless problems in many areas of your
body. Back pain is one of the many
by-products of weak abdominal
muscles.
Now, the
not so fun part of what I have to say,
reality. Otherwise known as the hard
truth. Please do not get mad at me for
saying this, but not all of you will be
able to get six pack abs... no matter how
hard you try; Genetics does play an
important role in your quest for a
washboard midsection but as I mentioned
earlier, 'six picks abs' is a term that
refers to appearance, not function and
what matters most is ab strength, not ab
appearance. So yes, I will show you how
to get six pack abs and no, it will not
show on all of you but follow the program
and what I can promise you is a strong
mid section.
So,
for those of you that will stop at nothing
to achieve abdominal perfection, this is

on how to get six pack abs. Are you
ready.... nutrition. Countless bellies,
including my own have shown me that if
this part of the puzzle is not where it
needs to be, you can do all the crunches
you want and even though you will probably
have incredible ab strength, you will not
have a six, eight, tweleve or whatever #
pack you are striving
for.
Many of
you already have a glorious six pack; The
problem is you can't see it because of a
little something known as fat. The more
you reduce the fat around your mid
section, the closer you will get to that
chiseled look you are striving for. If
you have been killing yourself for the
last couple of weeks, months or years
with different ab exercises and no six
pack yet... you need to shift your focus
to burning
